Crypto prices today 11 Sep 2023: Bitcoin decreases by 0.16%, Ethereum falls by 0.73%

On Monday, Bitcoin dipped by 0.16 percent to $25774.10 since the past day. At the time of writing this article (1040 IST), its nearest rival, Ethereum, fell by 0.73 percent to $1611.42.
As the market witnessed a decline, the prices of top tokens like Solana went down by 0.98 percent to $18.21, along with a slip of 1.02 percent in Polkadot. The value of Polygon decreased by 0.39 percent.
The overall global crypto market cap also witnessed a decline of 0.34 percent, reaching $1.03 trillion. On the other hand, the total trading volume increased by 34.28 percent to reach $19.99 billion.
Gainers and decliners
Today's top gainers include Stellar, Render and Synthetix. Contrastingly, coins like Trust Wallet Token, ApeCoin and Arbitrum were among the top losers.
Memecoins slips
Popular memecoins were in the red. Elon Musk-backed Dogecoin fell by 0.95 percent to $0.06119. Other memecoins like Shiba Inu decreased by 1.21 percent and Pepe declined by 2.83 percent.
Metaverse tokens decline
Most of the Metaverse tokens were trading low today. The Sandbox declined by 0.53 percent, and Internet Computer dipped by 1.97 percent. The values of Theta Network and Stacks also recorded a slip amid the market fluctuations.
