Further, it pushes for organisation-wide synergies by reimagining user personas, engineering blueprints as well as data architecture for the future. Moreover, it enables businesses, across industries, with support from an ecosystem of over 100 industry networks and partnerships.
Talking about use cases, the tech behemoth cited the case of a food and beverages chain which leveraged Infosys Topaz to autonomously connect unconnected data signals coming in from new partners, thus delivering ‘superior’ off-store consumer experience with an accuracy of nearly 95 percent.
The company has cited another instance of a use case wherein a national railway company made use of Topaz to develop a smart hub for profitably creating agile value chains with the most suited partners from the market, for various functions like first and last-mile logistics.
Salil Parekh, Indosys’ CEO & MD, states, "We are seeing strong interest from our clients for efficiency and productivity-enhancing programs, even as businesses are keen to secure their future growth. Our own business operations have been hugely benefited by Infosys Topaz bringing the power of generative AI platforms and data solutions."
Interestingly, its rival, TCS, i.e., Tata Consultancy Services, on Monday, unveiled the launch of its own generative AI solutions on Google Cloud.
