WhatsApp's new ‘Two Profile’ feature lets you live a double life

WhatsApp is constantly adding new features to its messaging app, and the latest beta update for Android includes a number of notable changes. One of the biggest new feature is the ability to have two different profiles - One for friends and One for everyone else. This feature is still under development, but it is expected to be released to the public in future updates.

Alternate profile

The Alternate Profile feature allows users to have two different profile pictures and profile names, one for friends and one for everyone else. Users can choose who can see their alternate profile, such as everyone except their contacts, or only certain groups.

To use the Alternate Profile feature, go to Settings > Account > Profile and tap on the Edit button next to your profile picture. From here, you can tap on the Add Alternate Profile button to create a new profile. Once you have created your alternate profile, you can choose who can see it by tapping on the Privacy settings.
