Microsoft is gearing up to revolutionise its Surface lineup with groundbreaking AI features, marking a significant leap forward in the world of technology.

According to exclusive reports from Windows Central, the highly anticipated Surface Pro 10 and Surface Laptop 6 are poised to become the tech giant's first true 'AI PCs.'

AI computing

Sources reveal that these new Surface devices will be equipped with a next-generation neural processing unit (NPU), showcasing Microsoft's commitment to integrating artificial intelligence into everyday computing.

The inclusion of Intel and Arm-based options further highlights the company's dedication to providing diverse and powerful choices to users.

Processor power

Microsoft's Arm-based devices, codenamed CADMUS, are expected to run on Qualcomm's cutting-edge Snapdragon X chips. These processors are not only designed to seamlessly support Microsoft's AI features but also promise improvements in performance, battery life, and security comparable to Apple's renowned silicon.

On the other hand, the Intel versions are set to feature the latest 14th-generation chips, ensuring a high-performance computing experience.

Enhanced displays & design
