Maggi partners with 'OneRare' to launch their NFT digital collectibles
Maggi, a well-known brand from Nestle, is introducing its first non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in the 'OneRare' Foodverse that will have gamers competing and working together to create 16 Maggi dish collectibles.

Nestlé, one of the world's largest food and beverage company, has launched the Maggi brand's first-ever digital collection journey in the ‘OneRare’ foodverse. On 1 June 2023, the brand launched its digital collectibles, with one NFT released every eight hours.
‘OneRare’ collaborates with Maggi
According to an official announcement, OneRare, the platform hosting this project, is creating the world's first foodverse. The journey will have players competing and collaborating to obtain 16 Maggi dish collectibles. Gamers will have the opportunity to trade materials with one another and create collectibles on the blockchain, making the game more participatory and collaborative. This novel concept mixes food, gaming, and blockchain technology, possibly opening up new channels for digital engagement. The Golden Maggi NFT, a digital asset, is said to be the ultimate reward.
With the help of OneRare, Maggi will provide its well-known products, including Maggi Hot and Sweet, Maggi Masala-ae-Magic, and recipes prepared with Maggi Noodles, as NFTs that can be used in the foodverse. These unique NFTs, which include classic Indian cuisines and nostalgic noodle recipes, are sure to please Maggi fans.
Maggi, all set to adopt blockchain technology
According to Nestlé Maggi's Head of Foods Business, Rajat Jain, "Cooking is going through a digital transition. Everyone is cooking these days, regardless of ability or experience, which is fantastic. We are happy to introduce our first-ever non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in the OneRare Foodverse as part of our most recent innovation in the virtual world.
Furthermore, he stated, "Through this partnership, we bring to people an immersive cooking experience, created to bring to life the joy that people derive from the process of cooking, without any actual cooking being done. NFTs would take the shape of mouthwatering dishes created with MAGGI Noodles, Masala Magic, and MAGGI Hot & Sweet and brought to life in the Foodverse.
