People can virtually explore residential places, communicate with property sellers, and physically visit properties within the Metaverse.
Ramky group launches RamkyVerse
Ramky Group has announced plans to launch the RamkyVerse, a Metaverse platform where potential customers can virtually travel across various landscapes and experience the features of Ramky Estates through customisable avatars. According to the company. three virtual auditoriums will be available on RamkyVerse, allowing users to experience life in Ramky Estates projects while receiving updates and information about currently under-construction residences.

As per the realty group, their motivation to build this technology comes from the difficulties that comes with purchasing real estate, including the impossibility of personally inspecting houses that are still under construction and the geographic restrictions that NRIs and other people who live far from the property location experience. Moreover, the procedure becomes further complicated by the time and accessibility restrictions for viewings, consultations, and negotiations related to real estate.
