- Alternatively, download the iOS version of the app from the App Store

- Once you access Genie, a new interface will open

- You can either upload images of suspicious messages or type the message content in the text field

- After inputting the message details, click on the 'Begin scan' button.Genie will take a few seconds to a minute to analyse the message and determine its legitimacy

If the message is flagged as a scam, Genie can also provide advice on how to proceed. At present, Norton Genie is in its initial access phase, but it can be utilised by visiting the website or acquiring the iOS application version from the App Store.
