Highlighting India's commitment to research and innovation, PM Modi mentioned the establishment of 10,000 'Atal Tinkering Labs' across the country. These labs serve as hubs for research and innovation among school children. More than 7.5 million students are currently engaged in over 1.2 million innovative projects within these labs, fostering creativity and scientific inquiry among the youth.
