Previously, Google provided AI tools for advertising, but it is currently utilising technology to assist companies in achieving more focused objectives for their advertisements.
Demand Gen
Advertisers can generate answers through demand generation on Google and YouTube. These ads are particularly designed to meet the demands of social marketers since data shows that 91 percent of customers act right away after learning about new goods or brands on Google feeds like Gmail or Discover.
Demand Gen incorporates effective video and picture materials into YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Discover, and Gmail in order to reach a large audience.
It also includes a user-friendly building flow, which enables marketers to effortlessly import their most effective picture and video content into Google Ads, simplifying the procedure. Users can therefore see a preview of their ads before they're actually published.
Video view
With the Video View feature, brands can maximise views across in-stream, in-feed, and now YouTube shorts, all within a single campaign. In early testing, video view campaigns achieved an average of 40 percent more views compared to in-stream skippable cost-per-view campaigns.
Sigh of relief for marketers
Vidhya Srinivasan, vice president and general manager of advertising at Google, said, "AI will remove the need for advertisers to think about where they should place their ads, and the technology will focus on finding placements that are visual and immersive."
She noted that using AI for advertising will help firms focus more on their marketing strategy and narrative.
With the help of these new AI features, Google aims to relieve marketers of the burden of manual decision-making and operational responsibilities by automating ad placement, allowing them to focus more on crafting successful marketing strategies.
