The said feature allows users to provide the chatbot with specific instructions and info on how they want ChatGPT to respond. However, the company has stated, “Custom instructions are currently available in Beta for Plus users, and we plan to roll out to all users soon." Users can now anytime delete or edit custom instructions for new conversations and further, their information will not be shared with shared link viewers.
