 A developer in Dubai recently announced his plans to construct the world’s inaugural Bitcoin tower. The unveiling of the project is scheduled for 24 May and aims to showcase the significance of digital currencies assets and cryptocurrencies, coinciding with the upcoming COP28 conference in Dubai.

Salvatore Liggiero, the visionary behind this initiative, stated that the tower will be the first of its kind. The design of the tower will be inspired by the visual elements of Bitcoin and the developer intends to incorporate advanced technologies.

Sustainability is a key focus, with the utilisation of eco-friendly materials and commitment to achieving zero CO2 emissions. Additionally, guests will have a unique opportunity to utilise non-fungible tokens (NFTs) within the tower. These NFTs will provide rewards for customers, hence enhancing their experience.

The architectural project aspires to pay tribute to the original cryptocurrency and embody principles of Bitcoin’s revolutionary creator, Satoshi Nakamoto.
