In the wake of growing popularity of ChatGPT and AI among users, Zomato added twist to its recent social media marketing post. The company has a history of producing engaging marketing content to increase the interest of users, and this time reinterpreted the alphabet's AI in the capital form.
To be specific, some of the popular food items of the company such as, ‘chAI’, ‘malAI', ‘mithAI’, 'mAIn course’, and 'rAIta' were reimagined with AI in it.
AI depicts the meaning
Not only was the AI alphabet included, but Zomato also clarified the definition of food items in its lengthy social media post. For instance, Chai or tea is mentioned as an AI that can quickly generate practical solutions to complex situations.
For sweets or Mithai, the company stated, “An emotional support AI tool that adds to user happiness.”
To explain the AI behind Raita, Zomato went on to say that it's an AI-powered assistant to manage the things on your plate better.”
For Malai, the post compared the AI to enhance flavours by multiple folds. Currently supports tikka and chaap.

The users on Twitter expressed excitement over the Twitter and Linkedin post and as of now, this post has garnered over 6,000 likes on the mentioned platforms.
