Internal sources have confirmed that this well-known Indian IT company has decided to use generative AI to usher in a new era of productivity and commercial opportunities with the application of generative AI.

Wipro eyes big for responsible AI

"Artificial intelligence is a fast-moving field, especially with the emergence of generative AI, so we expect a fundamental shift up ahead, for all industries," said Wipro CEO and Managing Director, Thierry Delaporte, while discussing the development.

He continued to say, “New difficulties, new working methods, and new business models are all present. The Wipro ai360 ecosystem places responsible AI operations at the core of all our AI efforts for precisely this reason. It is intended to strengthen our talent pool and permeate all of our operations, procedures, and client-focused problem-solving. A future driven by AI is here, and we're prepared.”

Wipro stated that the $1 billion investment will help the company develop its AI, data, and analytics capabilities as well as create new consulting capabilities to assist clients in using AI to its maximum potential.
