To verify your EPF balance on the EPFO portal, make sure your UAN (Universal Account Number) is activated. After activation, follow these steps: a) Log in to the EPFO portal using your login credentials. b) Go to 'Our Services', scrawl and click on 'For Employees'.
c) Now, under the “Services” tab, click on the “Member Passbook” option. d) On the subsequent login page, enter your UAN and password.
e) After providing the correct details, you will be logged in to your EPF account. f) From there, you can easily access your EPF passbook and view your current EPF balance.
One can also access EPF balance by downloading the UMANG application, also known as the "m-Sewa app of EPFO," on your mobile device. Follow these steps: a) Launch the UMANG app and locate the "EPFO" option in the "Employee Centric Services" section.
b) On the next screen, you will find the 'View Passbook' option. c) Click on it, then input your UAN and the OTP sent to your registered mobile number. d) Select 'Login' to access your EPF transactions.
