- Open the website & locate the 'Get in Touch' option for assistance with UPI-related issues. - Click on 'UPI Complaint' to initiate the process of addressing the transaction error.
Before filing a complaint, thoroughly read all the details provided on the website, ensuring a clear understanding of the procedure.
- Under the 'Complaint' section, choose the 'Transaction' option to proceed with reporting the incident. - Fill details such as 'Select Nature of Transaction' to precisely outline the issue.
- Enter details like your bank name, registered mobile number, VPA & your bank account statement. - Under 'Feedback' option, provide your name, email, & mobile number before clicking the submit button.
- If your complaint is genuine, the system will automatically reverse the transaction within 24 hours.
By following these easy procedures on the NPCI website, you may easily address and resolve a wrong UPI transaction, assuring a quick reversal of payments.
