The India Mobile Congress 2023, which was inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi, demonstrated this year's theme of 'Global Digital Innovation' where Reliance Jio took center stage, launching India's first satellite-based service, as well as AI technology & other innovations.
Jio launches India's first satellite-based gigabit broadband service, JioSpaceFiber. This initiative aims to bridge the digital divide by providing high-speed internet access to remote regions. While exact pricing details are pending, the company said that the service will be competitively priced.

In partnership with Radisys, Jio showcased an AI-based skill development program. This innovative program facilitates language translation from one language to multiple, breaking language barriers for students & young learners across India.
Reliance Jio, in collaboration with Rockwell Automation, unveiled a game-changing initiative known as Industry 4.0. This program leverages Jio's private 5G technology to introduce augmented reality (AR) into skill development.
The event featured: 235 exhibitors 400 start-ups 400-plus speakers 1,000 global delegates and about 1 lakh people.
