Gmail's confidential mode empowers users to set an expiration date for their emails. Once this date passes, recipients lose access to the message. So here's how to turn on confidential mode in Gmail in order to avoid any inconvenience.
Utilising Gmail's confidential mode enables your users to safeguard sensitive information, preventing any unintended sharing.
– Go to Gmail – Click Compose – In the bottom right, click turn on confidential mode – Set expiration date & passcode – Click 'Save'
– Open Gmail – Tap on received confidential email – Enter passcode to open
– Prevents Forwarding, copying, downloading & printing – Recipients can still take a screenshot, share screenshots, copy/download with malicious software
