Steps To Enable ‘Find my device’ Feature On Android

In case your Android phone is lost, you can locate, lock, or wipe it clean remotely. This can happen if you've linked a Google Account, and by enabling the Find My Device feature.

Steps to enable finding my device 1. Open your phone’s Settings. 2. Scroll down and tap Google 3. Click on the Google account 4. Click Security and Location 5. Turn on Find My Device

To utilise Find My Device, visit google.com/android/find and sign in with your Google account.

When you log into an Android device with your Google account, Find My Device is active unless you turn it off. Visit the Find My Device webpage to see your phone's last location. Make sure your phone's location settings are on for this feature to work.
