Meta has introduced its own subscription-based blue tick service, called Meta Verified, in India.
Meta Verified is now accessible in India, the UK, and Canada, with Brazil shortly to follow. Starting on Wednesday, 7 June 2023, it can be purchased directly on Instagram or Facebook in India.
Meta Verified will be offered in India for a monthly membership fee of Rs. 599 for web-based customers (Facebook only). The monthly membership fee for Meta Verified is set at Rs. 699 for users of Android and iOS.
The existing verified accounts would continue to be verified. Furthermore, they keep the same existing verifying details in order to protect the user's safety and security account.
1. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. 2. Users need to choose the profile they wish to have verified & set up their payment method. 3. Applicants must provide a government ID that matches the profile name and image.
During the verification process, if the verification is disapproved then the money paid will be refunded in your respective bank account.
The main objective of Meta Verified is to increase security and authenticity across all of its services.By paying the monthly membership fees, users can reach a wider reach and their will appear more often in users' news feeds, search results, and comments.
